Macquarie completed the acquisition of Data Centers in Europe, North America from Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation for $820m.

Macquarie, an Australian global financial services group, completed the acquisition of Data Centers in Europe, North America from Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation, a Japanese telecommunications company, for $820m. Through NTT Global Data Centers, the company is the third largest carrier-neutral data center operator globally with over 1,300 megawatts of data center capacity. Additionally, NTT has a significant development pipeline which will deliver a 25% increase to its capacity (i.e., 325+ megawatts), across more than 20 countries and regions globally.
