Kinderhook Industries backed-Capital Waste Services, a portfolio company, completed the acquisition of Pee Dee Environmental Services, a provider of construction and demolition waste landfill services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to expand CWS’ capabilities in our core South Carolina market. With the addition of Pee Dee, we will expand the reach of our roll-off operations in the region, with a vertically integrated service offering. Former owner, Richard Bonnoitt, has built a great operation. We are eager to continue to invest in the landfill and provide the best service in the market,” Matt Parker, CWS CEO.
