PDSVision Group, an IT provider of solutions and services, completed the acquisition of Sconce Solutions, a digital transformation solution provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition significantly strengthens our position as a global partner for delivery of the digital value chain to our customers. Sconce brings, besides a very well reputated and skilled team, extended offshore capabilities by its large team in India.
