Bremhove completed the acquisition of Tata Steel France Bâtiments et Systèmes from Tata Steel.

Bremhove, a real estate agency, completed the acquisition of Tata Steel France Bâtiments et Systèmes, a manufacturer of building cladding, flooring profiles and roof panels for the construction sector, from Tata Steel, an Indian multinational steel-making company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “I believe this is good news for Tata Steel Nederland and for Monopanel. Under new ownership, Monopanel will have the opportunity to secure a more sustainable future, based on the investments made in recent years and the experience and expertise offered by Bremhove.
