PSA, a port group and trusted partner to cargo stakeholders, completed the acquisition of Ceres Halifax, a company operating the Fairview Cove Container Terminal, from Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha, a Japanese shipping firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PSA Halifax’s Atlantic Hub was our Group’s first coastal terminal investment in Canada, and we are pleased to be given the opportunity to also operate the Fairview Cove terminal,” Tan Chong Meng, PSA Group CEO.
