ARM Energy Holdings completed the acquisition of Monument Pipeline from NextEra Energy Partners for $203m.

ARM Energy Holdings, a premier infrastructure and energy marketing services firm, completed the acquisition of Monument Pipeline, a Houston-based natural gas pipeline, from NextEra Energy Partners, a renewable energy company, for $203m. “ARM has worked throughout its history to connect energy suppliers to demand centers and provide outstanding service and excellent results for our clients.
