Protocol Labs to acquire Arc.

Protocol Labs, an open-source research and development laboratory that builds protocols, tools, and services to improve the internet, agreed to acquire Arc, a peer-to-peer content exchange and delivery network enabling rapid distributed content management for web3. Financial terms were not disclosed.
