Digital 9 Infrastructure completed the acquisition of Leeson Telecom for €60m.

Digital 9 Infrastructure, an investment trust, completed the acquisition of Leeson Telecom, a telecommunications service provider, for €60m. “We are very pleased to have completed the acquisition of Host Ireland, D9’s first wireless networks investment. The Host Ireland team has built a strong business and we look forward to working with them to accelerate the company’s expansion plans,” Thor Johnsen, Head of Digital Infrastructure.
