Walter Capital Partners, Investissement Québec and W Investments completed the investment in Averna.

Walter Capital Partners, an investment firm, Investissement Québec, a financing corporation, and W Investments, a private alternative investments firm, completed the investment in Averna, a developer of device quality test engineering services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Walter Capital Partners will leverage its expertise and resources to support Averna's world-class management team in deploying an international acquisition strategy.
