Havas Group completed the acquisition of Search Laboratory.

Havas Group,a multinational advertising and public relations company, completed the acquisition of Search Laboratory, a company operating as an integrated digital marketing and online PR agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We feel like we have found a natural new home with Havas Media Group.
