PSP Capital completed the acquisition of StormTrap from Warren Equity Partners.

PSP Capital, a global private investment firm, completed the acquisition of StormTrap, a provider of innovative stormwater management systems, from Warren Equity Partners, a private equtiy company. “The StormTrap leadership team and organization is energized and excited about this partnership with PSP Capital.
