Kinderhook backed-Live Oak Environmental completed the acquisition of Ameri-Tex.

Kinderhook backed-Live Oak Environmental, a provider of waste management service, completed the acquisition of Ameri-Tex, a provider of garbage collection service. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Live Oak was founded on the principle of providing first-class waste services to our customers.
