Sole Source Capital-backed Peak Technologies, a value-added reseller of barcoding and data collection solutions across North America, agreed to acquire Graphic Label, a company engaged in sourcing, customizing, selling, and distributing hardware and software products related to custom and stock labels, tags, and thermal and label printers.
