InvestorFlow, a provider of cloud-based investor portals, completed the merger with Cloud Theory, a cloud-enabled enterprise CRM software platform, in a $30m deal. “Our technology platform will provide a seamless experience to interface with investors, create deal rooms for reporting, fundraising and M&A, while also addressing CRM needs.
