Miura Partners completed the acquisition of Ores & Bryan.

Miura Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Ores & Bryan, a provider of business, health, life, accident, personal, credit, investment, and liability insurance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to incorporate Ores & Bryan to the project. Its business and activity are complementary to Banasegur’s. Both companies share the same vision, philosophy, and leadership in their specialized niches,” Juan Leach, Miura Partners Founding Partner.
