Âmbar Energia completed the acquisition of SPE EPP II Centrais Elétricas and SPE EPP 2 Itaguai Energia from Evolution Power Partners.

Âmbar Energia, a firm that develops, implements and explores projects in the segments of thermal generation, transmission and commercialization of energy, completed the acquisition of the electricity generation projects SPE EPP II Centrais Elétricas and SPE EPP 2 Itaguai Energia from Evolution Power Partners, a global power company. Financial terms were not disclosed. SPEs are created for the development of greenfield electricity generation projects.
