BayPine backed-Pinnacle Dermatology completed the acquisition of Dermatology Physicians Group.

BayPine backed-Pinnacle Dermatology, a service provider of patient care by offering medical, surgical and cosmetic services, completed the acquisition of Dermatology Physicians Group, a company specializes in medical, surgical, and pediatric dermatology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We welcome the patients and staff of Dermatology Physicians Group to the Pinnacle Dermatology group of practices.
