Avista Capital-backed Solmetex completed the acquisition of DryShield.

Avista Capital-backed Solmetex, a manufacturer and supplier of amalgam separators and other waste compliance products, completed the acquisition of DryShield, a manufacturer of dental products dedicated to equipping dentists. Financial terms were not disclosed.
