Liberty Hall Capital Partners-backed Accurus Aerospace completed the acquisition of Ferra Holdings.

Liberty Hall Capital Partners-backed Accurus Aerospace, a global supplier of highly engineered structural parts, complex assemblies and electromechanical subsystems to the global aerospace industry, completed the acquisition of Ferra Holdings, a project management, research, designing, engineering, logistics, manufacture and maintenance for military aviation & defence company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
