Builders FirstSource completed the acquisition of Valley Truss Company.

Builders FirstSource, a supplier of structural building products, value-added components and services to the professional market for new residential construction and repair and remodeling, completed the acquisition of Valley Truss Company, a manufacturer of metal plate connected wood trusses for builders and contractors in the residential and commercial construction industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
