Everlife-backed CPC Diagnostics, a provider of clinical diagnostic products and services, completed the acquisition of the POCT division of Weldon Biotech, a manufacturer and distributor of in vitro diagnostic products, and SM Biotech, a unit of mushroom machinery manufacturing. Financial terms were not disclosed.
