GPS Group, a firm engaged in the provision of property security services, sanitation and cleaning services, completed the acquisition of a 55% stake in Evertical Tecnologia, a provider of maintenance and installation of electronic security systems and solutions for commercial buildings. Financial terms were not disclosed. GPS group continues its accelerated inorganic growth pace, with the addition of Evertical to its four previously announced acquisitions in the year to date. The deal has strategic value for the group because the company is adding more technology to its portfolio of services.
