ELCA Group-backed Sumex, an engineering, development and business solutions provider, agreed to acquire a controlling stake in Secon, a process and data specialist for core insurance business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The two companies complement each other perfectly and the combination of the two solutions opens up new strategic opportunities."
