Nijhuis Saur Industries completed the acquisition of Flootech.

Nijhuis Saur Industries, a water treatment supplier in Doetinchem, Netherlands, completed the acquisition of Flootech, a provider of state-of-the-art water treatment technologies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "There is huge potential for resource efficient technologies, solutions and services in industrial water and wastewater treatment and we believe the acquisition by Nijhuis Saur Industries will accelerate the implementation of our growth strategy," Mikko Siivonen, Flootech CEO.
