Aura Minerals, a multi-national mining company, completed the acquisition of Big River Gold, a specialised minerals exploration and development company focused on the Borborema Gold Project, for $64m and formed an 80/20% joint venture with Dundee Resources, a mining company. “I am pleased to announce this deal for the company and its shareholders to participate directly in the future cash flows of a high-quality, development stage mining project in Brazil.
