Nexa Equity completed the investment in HomeTown Ticketing.

Nexa Equity, a private equity firm, completed the $75m investment in HomeTown Ticketing, a digital ticketing provider. "We decided to partner with Nexa Equity because of their experience, enthusiasm, and proven track record of scaling vertical-specific software companies. Nexa Equity's investment will be instrumental in HomeTown Ticketing being able to reach more customers and serve them even better.
