Iceberg Finance completed the acquisiton of iFinance Canada from First Creditors.

Iceberg Finance, an alternative financing solutions provider, completed the acquisiton of iFinance Canada, a FinTech company, from First Creditors. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition doubles our business volume and enables us to now offer a more diverse array of specialty financing programs to Canadians from sea to sea," Réal Breton, Iceberg Finance President and CEO.
