Palmira Capital Partners completed the acquisition of two properties in North Rhine-Westphalia.

Palmira Capital Partners, an investment manager, completed the acquisition of two properties in North Rhine-Westphalia, one in Bonn and other in Dortmund. Financial terms were not disclosed. The property acquired in Bonn is a production facility at Pennefeldsweg 11-15, which is also the headquarters of GKN Sinter Metals Components. The multi-tenanted property in Dortmund, built in 1994 and extended in 2002, provides a lettable area of around 16k square metres.
