Agfa-Gevaert to acquire Inca Digital Printers.

Agfa-Gevaert , a corporation that develops, manufactures, and distributes analogue and digital imaging products, agreed to acquire Inca Digital Printers, an inkjet printers manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Inca acquisition is a major step in Agfa’s transformation. Digital printing is a profitable growth engine for the Group with a tremendous potential that will be further accelerated by the addition of Inca,” Pascal Juéry, Agfa-Gevaert Group President and CEO.
