BNP Paribas, a French international banking group, completed the acquisition of the Aura and Echo buildings in the Exeo development for its new headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. Financial terms were not disclosed. With a total area of 37k m², plus 13k m² of gardens open to the public, the BNP Paribas campus will be located in Parque das Nacoes and will have a capacity to host 5k employees under a flexible working model. “The new BNP Paribas campus represents the croup´s clear commitment to Portugal and is thus the answer to its expected growth of the coming years. Considering the strong presence that we already have both in Lisbon and in Porto, the chosen location brings us closer to the community, considering the common outdoor spaces are for public use, as to our clients, considering that Parque das Nações houses numerous national and international companies,” Fabrice Segui, BNP Paribas CEO Portugal.
