Andera Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Groupe ERI, a multi-skilled expert integrator, helping its clients in maintaining and renovating their asset, from Latour Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "I would like to thank the Latour Capital teams for their support over the last few years, which has enabled the group to take a major step in its development and transformation.
