Randstad France to acquire Side.

Randstad France, a company that focuses on providing HR services ranging from recruitment, integration, management, and training, agreed to acquire Side, a developer of an online staffing service platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The role of technology is becoming increasingly important in the world of HR services.
