VHZ Group completed the acquisition of Smits Bedrijven Gemert.

VHZ Group, a manufacturer of plastic frames, windows and doors intended for the construction industry, completed the acquisition of Smits Bedrijven Gemert, a windows and glass manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Smits Bedrijven Gemert fits well with our growth and optimization objectives. We are now converting our many years of cooperation into a merger, which allows us to join forces even better. This fits well with our starting point: unique brands, shared strength.
