Morgan Stanley Private Equity to acquire a 59.8% stake in APAC Realty from Northstar for $95m.

Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia, a private equity investor, agreed to acquire a 59.8% stake in APAC Realty, a real estate services provider, from Northstar, a private equity firm, for $95m. “APAC Realty is one of a limited number of real estate brokerages with true Asia Pacific brand recognition and footprint,” Andrew Hawkyard, MSPEA Co-Chief Investment Officer.
