Digital 9 completed the acquisition of Ficolo from Taaleri and Pontos for $147m.

Digital 9, a company which invests in the infrastructure of the internet that underpins the world’s digital economy, completed the acquisition of Ficolo, a company which provides cloud delivery service products that transforms companies into cloud business delivery models, from Taaleri, a wealth management company, and Pontos, a family owned private equity and real estate investment company, for $147m. “Sustainability has been at the heart of Ficolo since our inception. For example, all our operations are certified climate neutral. Digital 9 is a great owner for us, and with their help we can further improve our operations.
