Trilantic Europe-backed Alete Bikes, a firm creating a platform to consolidate the highly fragmented European bike, e-bike and urban mobility markets, agreed to acquire Cicli Esperia, a manufacturer of bikes and e-bikes. Financial terms were not disclosed. Cicli Esperia, based in Cavarzere, is a manufacturer of bikes and e-bikes. The company has a wide range of products and operates through four main brands: Cicli Esperia, Legnano, Torpado and Fondriest. In 2021, Cicli Esperia generated revenues of €37m.
