York Capital Management-backed Cennox, a financial services firm, completed the acquisition of Company Group, including Lincsafe, a company which provides cash management hardware, Merlin, a specialty retailer, Cashtester, a banking equipment manufacturer, and Secusystems, a security system provider. Financial terms were not dislosed.
