Kindeva Drug Delivery to acquire iPharma Labs.

Kindeva Drug Delivery, an operator of contract development and manufacturing organization, agreed to acquire iPharma Labs, a developer of inhaled drugs and formulations. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition represents an outstanding opportunity for the team at iPharma to focus on what we do best, formulating the best product development strategy for delivery to the patient to and through the lungs.
