Open Dutch Fiber, an independent platform that installs mega-fast fiber to Dutch households in mainly urban areas, completed the acquisition of E-Fiber, a growing fibreoptic network platform focused on smaller towns and semi-rural areas of the Netherlands, from Arcus Infrastructure, an independent fund manager. Financial terms were not disclosed.
