Hytor Group completed the acquisition of TS Tech from Eltronic Group.

Hytor Group, a supplier of hydraulic equipment, completed the acquisition of TS Tech, a supplier of electrical installation, components, equipment and services in a broad range of industries such as wind, marine, offshore and related industries, from Eltronic Group, a company with more than 20 years of experience developing production systems and automation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “TS Tech is a strong company with really good values, skilled employees, and healthy revenue. We are pleased that we have found a new owner who complements TS Tech and can contribute to the company’s further development as a local partner in Esbjerg.
