Timken, a global manufacturer of bearings and power transmission products, completed the acquisition of Spinea, a modern engineering company, engaged in the development, manufacturing and sales of high-precision reduction gears. Financial terms are not disclosed. "Spinea's well-established position in highly demanding robotics applications will increase our presence in the growing automation space.
