People2.0 completed the acquisition of Ayers Group.

People2.0, a staffing and recruiting company providing payroll processing and hiring solutions, completed the acquisition of Ayers Group, a provider of payroll and contractor management services to individuals, recruitment agencies and companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For over 20 years, Ayers Group has built a successful service delivery business, predominantly providing Contingent Workforce and Migration Solutions to the staffing and recruitment industry. Today we reflect on how far Ayers has come in this time, and we are grateful to our customers, contractors, employees, and partners who have enabled us to get this far.
