Imperial Dade to acquire Allied Eagle Supply.

Imperial Dade, a distributor of foodservice packaging, facilities maintenance supplies and equipment, agreed to acquire Allied Eagle Supply, a distributor of janitorial and sanitation supplies, equipment and cleaning products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited about the future of Allied Eagle under the leadership of Imperial Dade.
