eCapital, a financial services firm, completed the acquisition of CNH Finance, a company specializes in middle-market and lower-middle market asset-based lending with clients. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have built a successful, specialized lending company over the last 12 years. Now is the right time in our evolution to become part of a larger organization with access to the capital, technology and reach we need to scale.
