Credem Private Equity completed the investment in HMC Premedical.

Credem Private Equity, a private equity and venture capital firm, completed the investment in HMC Premedical, a manufacturer of components and medical devices. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With an investment of more than €10m for a significant minority stake, we have a twofold objective: to provide HMC Group with the financial resources and complementary skills to support and accelerate growth through targeted acquisitions, in companies operating in the biomedical sector or in sectors that are related and synergistic to the Group’s core business," Maurizio Esposito, Credem Private Equity CEO.
