Sandstorm Gold, a provider of financing to companies engaged in gold mining, completed the acquisition of Nomad Royalty, a gold & silver royalty company, for $590m and nine royalties and one stream from BaseCore Metals, an operator of an asset investment vehicle, for $525m.
