Vertical Cold Storage, a full-service logistics solution provider, completed the acquisition of three temperature-controlled warehouses from United States Cold Storage, a provider of highly reliable and cost-effective logistics solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These acquisitions give us a strong foothold in some of the fastest-growing yet underserved regions of the country and support our rapidly expanding protein business, including meat, poultry and seafood.
