Capital Vacations completed the acquisition of VRI Americas from Marriott Vacations Worldwide.

Capital Vacations, a manager and developer of North American vacation interval resorts, completed the acquisition of Vacation Resorts International Americas, an independent resort management company, from Marriott Vacations Worldwide, a vacation ownership programs. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with the VRIA team to further enhance the services and vacation products it offers to its valuable owners and resorts.
