Littlejohn backed-Cook & Boardman completed the acquisition of Electronic System Group.

Littlejohn backed-Cook & Boardman, a distributor of commercial doors, frames & hardware, electronic access control equipment and specialty products, completed the acquisition of Electronic System Group, a security and systems integrator focused on delivering complex electronic access.
