Advent to invest in GHL.

Advent International, a private equity firm, agreed to invest in GHL Hotels, a third-party hotel operator. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This investment from a world-class investor like Advent is a sign of confidence in our potential and an endorsement of our business model, track record and achievements.
